TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Age :

At least one guest per booking must be aged 18 or over.

Cancellation :

Booking deposits are non refundable.

However if the cancelled dates are rebooked the deposit may be returned depending on circumstances and at the owners discretion.

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may apply when cancellation is due to covid-related travel restrictions.

Anti – Social behaviour :

All guests are expected to behave responsibly and not cause inconvenience or distress to local residents or other visitors to the area.

Music and other noise must be kept to a level such that it cannot be heard outside the cabin, especially after 10pm.

Care must be taken not to damage the property, croft or surrounding area.

Open fires are not permitted at the cabin (other than in the fire pit) or surrounding area, and it is not permitted to take wood for burning from anywhere on the croft or neighbouring crofts.

Guests causing distress to animals on the crofts or any wildlife in the area will be required to leave the cabin immediately. This includes chasing animals, throwing items at them or hurting or causing fear or alarm in any other way.

Price :

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have booked but not yet paid for a stay, we guarantee the price  when the booking was placed.
